Description

Epoxy insulation plate (FR4) – For 240–320Ah LiFePO4 cells

This FR4 epoxy plate is designed as an interleaf between larger prismatic LiFePO4 cells – typically 240–320Ah. It is placed directly between the cell faces and ensures electrical separation, even in tightly packed battery modules without cell spacers.

FR4 is a flame-retardant, heat-resistant material that combines high dielectric strength with rigidity. It provides both insulating safety and mechanical support, especially in battery packs with high-capacity cells and high voltage (24V, 36V, 48V, 72V). Used as standard in LithiumPro's own high-capacity batteries.

When will I receive my order?

We ship throughout Denmark. Your order is carefully packed and usually delivered within 2-4 business days. Special batteries and items not in stock may have a delivery time of up to 1 week. You will receive an email with tracking information once your parcel has been dispatched.

Can I return my item?
