Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop at LithiumPro. The period runs from the day on which you – or a person designated by you – receive the goods. If you have ordered several items that are delivered separately, the period runs from the day on which you receive the last item.

How to withdraw

Let us know before the 14 days have passed – write to info@lithiumpro.dk. You can use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of the page, but you are not required to.
Send the goods back no later than 14 days after notifying us.

Special rules for lithium batteries

Lithium batteries are classed as dangerous goods when shipped. Contact us before you return a battery, and we will tell you how it must be packed and sent. Please use the original packaging if possible.

Return shipping and refunds

You pay the cost of returning the goods yourself. We will refund the amount you have paid – including the original delivery costs (except any additional costs if you chose a more expensive delivery method than our cheapest standard delivery) – no later than 14 days after we have received your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided evidence that they have been sent back. The money will be refunded to the payment method you used.

Condition of the goods

You are liable for any reduction in value if you have handled the goods more than is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning – that is, more than you would be able to in a physical shop. If the battery has been installed and put into use, this may mean that you do not get the full amount back.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made batteries and customised solutions made to your specifications (forbrugeraftaleloven § 18, stk. 2, nr. 3 – the Danish Consumer Contracts Act). The right of withdrawal applies only to consumers – not to purchases made as a business.
