When will I receive my order?
We ship throughout Denmark, and delivery usually takes 2-4 business days. Special batteries and items not in stock may have a delivery time of up to 1 week. You will receive an email with tracking information once your parcel has been dispatched.
Can I return my item?
Yes, you have a 14-day right of return from the date of receipt. The item must be returned in its original, unused condition. Read more in our return policy.
What should I do if my item is damaged?
Contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damage and your order number, and we will find a solution – either an exchange or a repair.
Can I visit your shop?
