Victron Filax-2 230V/50 Hz-240V/60 Hz – ultra-fast automatic transfer switch for sensitive loads
The Victron Filax-2 is an ultra-fast automatic AC transfer switch. Normally, the loads are supplied from a priority source such as the grid, shore power or a generator; if the voltage or frequency falls outside the limits, the Filax-2 switches over to an alternative source – typically an inverter – within a maximum of 16 ms, so computers and other sensitive electronics can keep running without interruption. It is not intended for large household appliances such as washing machines or electric motors. This version is for 230 V/50 Hz and 240 V/60 Hz installations.
