Victron BCD 802 2 batteries 80A Diode battery combiner

Description

Victron BCD 802 2 batteries 80A Diode battery combiner – battery isolator for charging two battery banks

The Victron BCD 802 2 batteries 80A Diode battery combiner is an isolator from Victron Energy that charges two battery banks from the same source. The banks are automatically connected during charging and separated again afterwards, so the starter battery is never drained by the power consumption.

Benefits

  • Automatic separation: Connects the battery banks during charging and separates them again when charging stops.
  • Protects the starter battery: The power consumption cannot drain the starter battery, so the engine can always be started.
  • Simple installation: No programming — the unit operates automatically based on voltage.

Application

  • Charging of starter battery and service battery from the same source.
  • Camper van and boat with two or more battery banks.
  • Simple installation without programming.
